balance between my testicals has got disturbed

Mam/sir, I\'m 23 year old, i\'hav a problem......... the balance between my testicals has got disturbed as my left test is hanging below than right one.. is this a permanent problem ....or can be cured. if so please suggest on my mail id. Also let me know whether i\'ll be able to reproduce or not... one thing is also there, that i was doing very hard exercise in my school days as well as in college.... Please suggest doctor , i\'m very depressed.
